An historic New Castle County Potters Field and State Hospital Cemetery were overgrown, neglected, and nearly forgotten places. They hold the history of people and the land and are thus important to remember. Uncovering the stories of people buried there and respecting their remains, along with developing pollinator habitat in the cemetery grounds, are transforming them into cemeteries of the living.
