The Cokesbury Village Residents Association met on September 12, 2024. Mary Jane Prince chaired the meeting.

On August 20, 2024 a lecture on hip and knee replacement surgery was give by three physicians from Delaware Orthopaedic Specialists: Dr. Steve Dellose, Dr. Nick Patel, and Dr. Jame Rubano.

Jeffrey Uhlig, piano and Jeffrey Coon, vocals gave a concert of Broadway music in the Cokesbury Village auditorium on July 20, 2024.

The Last Chance Band, Jack Scott and Ingrid Rosenback, gave a concert in the Cokesbury Village auditorium on July 11, 1014.

The Chesapeake Silver Cornet Brass Band gave a concert in the atrium of Cokesbury Village on June 22, 2024.

Lynda Hastings and Tom Hench are the Village Band. The performed a concert in the auditorium at Cokesbury Village in Hockessin, Delaware on June 21, 2024. Musical guests included Kathy Owen, Lew Scharpf and Don von Schriltz
